Meet & Greet Call

ThisĀ 20-minute virtual call is a chance for you to ask questions, learn more about our clinic and see if weā€™re the right fit for your health journey.

In-Depth Consultation
$600
A comprehensive 60-minute evaluation of your history, symptoms, and goals that results in a customized treatment plan that could include hormone replacement or non-hormone therapy as indicated and optional supplements if desired.
Follow-Up Appointment
$250
A 2 month follow up visit is required after initiating hormone therapy. Hormones are not "set it and forget it." It takes the body time to adjust to new therapies, and we want to ensure optimal dosing and symptom management.
Annual Check-in
$350
Once you are established on hormone therapy at an effective dose, one annual visit is required to continue refilling prescriptions. This visit gives us an opportunity to reassess your health and ensure you are able to continue on the regimen as prescribed.
Direct Care returns medicine to what it was always meant to be: a dedicated relationship between a doctor who knows her patient and a patient who feels heard and understood by her doctor.
We eliminate the middleman. We do not participate with insurance plans, enabling us to extend appointment durations to more than double the length of conventional models. We can provide patients with a superbill that can be submitted to their health insurance for potential reimbursement under out-of-network coverage. Patients also have the option to use Health Savings Account (HSA) funds for our services.
