Direct Care returns medicine to what it was always meant to be: a dedicated relationship between a doctor who knows her patient and a patient who feels heard and understood by her doctor.
We eliminate the middleman. We do not participate with insurance plans, enabling us to extend appointment durations to more than double the length of conventional models. We can provide patients with a superbill that can be submitted to their health insurance for potential reimbursement under out-of-network coverage. Patients also have the option to use Health Savings Account (HSA) funds for our services.

Medical management for hormonal symptoms
Best for the woman who primarily needs clinical expertise to manage peri/menopause through evidence-based medicine. An initial consultation is required to get started and a single follow-up appointment 8 weeks later is required. Subsequent follow-up appointments may be scheduled as needed.

The Integrated Clinical Care + Life Coaching
Best for the woman who wants to overhaul her health, optimize her hormones, and navigate the emotional strain of existing as a woman in midlife.

Integrated Life Coaching: 4 dedicated individual coaching sessions
To address the "mental load" we all experience as women in midlife. How can we prioritize ourselves? What do I even want to prioritize? What could I do differently to successfully change my health for the better? How do I navigate parenting my teenagers in this perfect storm of hormones? These (and more) are all frequent subjects tackled by coaching.
Nutritional Support
A weekly meal plan customized to your likes, dislikes, allergies or sensitivities to improve your energy and overall health. What am I "supposed" to eat? What's the deal with protein intake? Fiber? We cover all of this and more with meal planning.
Fitness Support
4 dedicated individual coaching sessions with Beth. She will help patients optimize daily habits and build realistic routines around fitness that support long-term health. She is a fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness and wellness space. Note: these are not in person fitness appointments but rather coaching to help you make meaningful change surrounding fitness.
Priority Access
Closer support as you implement lifestyle changes through educational videos and written content not accessible elsewhere plus check-ins via text message or short calls to help with accountability.
