What to Expect
This 45-minute follow-up visit is a once-a-year appointment with Doctor Todd in order to verify your health status, review your regimen, and continued prescription of medications for treatment. The Annual Check-In Visit is the perfect time to discuss your long-term strategic goals for your health plan and affirm your current treatment plan is working appropriately for you.
Note: An Initial Consultation and consistent Follow-Up Visits are required before a follow-up visit can be booked.Â

We eliminate the middleman. We do not participate with insurance plans, enabling us to extend appointment durations to more than double the length of conventional models. We can provide patients with a superbill that can be submitted to their health insurance for potential reimbursement under out-of-network coverage. Patients also have the option to use Health Savings Account (HSA) funds for our services.
